2. 소리(오디오) 처리 방식
AURA 는 기기에서 재생 중인 소리를 읽어, 음악의 세기와 흐름에 반응하는 소리를 만듭니다. 이때 소리는
- 기기 안에서 실시간으로만 분석되고,
- 분석이 끝나는 즉시 사라지며,
- 저장되지 않고, 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다.
녹음 파일이 만들어지지 않으며, 개발자를 포함한 누구도 이용자의 소리를 들을 수 없습니다.

두 권한 모두 소리에 반응하는 화면 · 소리를 만드는 용도로만 쓰이며, 캡처된 소리는 저장 · 전송되지 않습니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.
3. 기기에 저장되는 것
이용자가 고른 주파수, 볼륨, 색상, 프리셋 등 설정값은 이용자 기기 안(브라우저의 localStorage / IndexedDB)에만 저장됩니다. 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자는 그 값을 볼 수 없습니다. 앱 삭제 또는 브라우저 저장 데이터 삭제로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
4. 외부로 나가는 통신
안드로이드 앱은 네트워크에 접속할 수 없습니다. 약속이 아니라 구조입니다. 이 앱은 인터넷 권한(android.permission.INTERNET)을 아예 요청하지 않으며, 안드로이드는 그 권한이 없는 앱의 통신을 운영체제 차원에서 막습니다. 저희를 믿지 않으셔도 됩니다 — 구글 플레이의 앱 정보에서 권한 목록을 직접 확인하실 수 있습니다. 글꼴을 포함한 모든 파일이 앱 안에 들어 있어, 비행기 모드에서도 전부 동작합니다.
데스크톱 앱도 마찬가지로 외부에 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 필요한 파일은 전부 설치 파일 안에 있습니다.
브라우저 버전은 웹사이트이므로, 페이지를 여는 순간 저희 주소에서 앱 파일(HTML · 프로그램 파일 · 글꼴)을 내려받습니다. 웹사이트를 여는 일 자체에 따라오는 통신이며, 이때 저희 사이트를 운영하는 호스팅 업체(Cloudflare)가 접속에 딸려오는 기본 정보 — IP 주소, 브라우저 종류 — 를 보게 됩니다. 저희는 이 정보를 따로 모으거나 분석하지 않습니다. 한 번 연 뒤에는 브라우저가 파일을 저장해 두므로 오프라인에서도 동작합니다.
제3자에게 가는 통신은 어느 버전에도 없습니다. 광고 · 분석 도구 · 오류 수집 도구를 일절 넣지 않았고, 외부 글꼴 서버도 쓰지 않습니다. 이전 버전은 화면 글꼴을 구글 서버에서 불러왔고 그 과정에서 IP 주소가 구글에 전달됐는데, 1.2.0 부터 글꼴을 앱 안에 넣어 그 통신을 없앴습니다.
듣고 계신 음악은 어떤 형태로도 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 소리 · 곡 제목 · 아티스트 이름 모두 마찬가지입니다. 1.2.0 이전의 안드로이드 앱에는 재생 중인 곡의 박자를 알아내기 위해 곡 제목과 아티스트를 외부 음악 정보 서비스에 조회하는 기능이 있었습니다. 이 기능은 삭제됐고, 그에 필요했던 알림 접근 권한도 함께 제거했습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
없습니다. 수집하는 정보가 없으므로 판매 · 공유 · 제공할 정보도 없습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있더라도 제공할 수 있는 이용자 정보를 보유하고 있지 않습니다.
6. 어린이
AURA 는 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 나이를 포함한 어떤 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
수집 · 보관하는 개인정보가 없으므로 열람 · 정정 · 삭제를 요청할 대상이 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 설정값은 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 궁금한 점은 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.
8. 결제
현재 AURA 는 앱 안에서 결제를 받지 않습니다. 향후 결제를 도입할 경우, 결제 처리에 필요한 정보 항목과 처리자를 이 방침에 반영해 개정하고 그 사실을 앱과 웹사이트에 알립니다.
9. 방침 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 위의 갱신일을 고치고, 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알립니다.

1. What we collect
Nothing. Specifically, we do not:
- create accounts, require sign-in, or collect email addresses
- collect names, phone numbers, addresses, birth dates, or any other identifying information
- install analytics or usage-tracking tools
- collect advertising identifiers, show ads, or allow third-party tracking
- access your location, contacts, photos, or files
2. How audio is handled
AURA reads audio playing on your device, and responds to the intensity and flow of the music. That sound is:
- analyzed in real time, on your device only,
- discarded immediately after analysis, and
- never stored and never transmitted anywhere.
No recordings are created. Nobody, including the developer, can hear your audio.

Both permissions are used only to generate the sound and visuals that respond to what you hear. Captured audio is never stored or transmitted. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
3. What is stored on your device
Your settings — frequency, volume, colors, presets — are stored only on your own device (browser localStorage / IndexedDB). They are never sent to our servers, and we cannot see them. You can erase them at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing your browser's stored data.
4. Outbound network requests
The Android app cannot reach the network at all. That is a structural fact, not a promise. It does not request the internet permission (android.permission.INTERNET), and Android blocks network access for an app that lacks it at the operating-system level. You do not have to take our word for any of this — the permission list is on the app's Google Play page. Every file it needs, fonts included, is inside the app, so it works fully in airplane mode.
The desktop app likewise sends nothing outward. Everything it needs ships in the installer.
The browser version is a website, so opening the page downloads the app's files (HTML, program files, fonts) from our address. That is the traffic inherent in loading any website, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sees what comes with it — IP address and browser type. We do not collect or analyse that. After the first visit your browser keeps the files, so it works offline too.
No version talks to a third party. There is no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no external font server. Earlier versions loaded typefaces from Google's servers, which passed your IP address to Google; since 1.2.0 the fonts ship inside the app and that request is gone.
The music you are listening to never leaves your device — not the audio, not the track title, not the artist. Before 1.2.0 the Android app looked up the tempo of the current track by sending its title and artist to an outside music database. That feature has been removed, along with the notification-access permission it required.
5. Sharing with third parties
None. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to sell, share, or disclose. Even if we received a lawful request, we hold no user data to hand over.
6. Children
AURA is not directed at children, and it collects no information of any kind, including age.
7. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. Settings stored on your device can be deleted by you at any time. If you have questions, please contact us.
8. Payments
AURA does not currently process payments in the app. If payments are introduced in the future, this policy will be revised to describe what payment information is processed and by whom, and the change will be announced in the app and on the website.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and announce significant changes in the app.
